I of course think you should go for it with Etsy, though it's hard to get attention starting out since there are SO many sellers now.
I would recommend that you personalize your storefront a little bit, at least writing a quick hello or something in the "store appearance" box, and putting up banner and maybe avatar so that your store looks more like someone lives there. I just say it because I know you could easily make a pretty banner design and it makes a store more memorable.
hey kalli...thanks for the ideas...I totally forgot about the header. I need to design a lil something for that. opening an etsy store makes me want to make more stuff to add to it though...fun!
I absolutely love thank you cards. I learned from my mom to always have them on hand. These are just adorable. Let me know how your selling goes. Have you ever thought of doing any of those "boutique undies" patterns on cards? I know I'm being very 2006, but I still think about those designs!
jacki, I always think of you when I think "super thoughtful and organized people like jacki who sends thank you cards for everything" :) I have been constantly thinking of patterns on fabric, undies or not...don't know where to begin with that :/
