Remember the Harvest salad I talked about earlier. This is it...the most deliciously fresh ingredients ever. The carrot cake at homespun is the perfect takeaway for the ride home. Both times I have been there was on nice days so we could find a sunny spot on the backyard patio. We also went to Dia Beacon this time but couldn't sneak in any photos inside. The gardens at Dia are so calming and not very many people there. Guess I am really warming up to Beacon for any time we need to get out for a few hours for fresh air and rid ourselves of the perpetual, drowning noise of the city.
